Panaqolus

Panaqolus sp. (L296) is an L-catfish from Brazil (Rio Aripuana, Amazonas). The species reaches about 10 cm, is best kept at 24–28 °C and pH 6–7.5. In the aquarium it mainly eats roots, algae, vegetables.

Keep stable water values around 24–28 °C and pH 6–7.5. Roots or wood should be present in the aquarium. Feed a varied diet of roots, algae, vegetables.
