Oligancistrus sp. (L373) is an L-catfish from Brazil (Rio Anapu, Pará). The species grows to about 12 cm, is best kept at 25–29 °C and pH 6–7. In the aquarium it mainly eats algae, vegetables, roots.

Keep stable water values around 25–29 °C and pH 6–7. Offer several hiding places and caves near the bottom. Roots or wood should be present in the aquarium. Feed varied with algae, vegetables, roots.
