Hypostomus faveolus (L037), often called Honeycomb Pleco, is an L-catfish from Brazil (Rio Araguaia). The species reaches about 25 cm, is best kept at 24–28 °C and pH 6–7.5. In the aquarium it mainly eats algae, vegetables, wood chunks.
