Hypancistrus sp. (L404) is an L-catfish from Brazil / Guyana (Rio Tacutu / Takutu River). The species reaches about 9 cm, is best kept at 28–32 °C and pH 6–7. In the aquarium it mainly eats meat, shrimp, pellets.
